Privacy Policy for Days · Last updated July 18, 2026

Days: Daily Routine Planner (“Days”, the “App”) is operated by Igor Potemkin (“we”, “us”, or “our”). You can use Days without creating an account. Your routines and completion history are stored on your device; limited analytics, diagnostics, attribution, and purchase data are processed to run and improve the App.

1. Information we process

Information stored on your device

Your routine names, steps, schedules, session history, reminders, timer preferences, onboarding state, and widget settings are stored locally in the App’s private storage and, where needed for widgets, its shared app container. We do not operate an account system or a cloud database for this routine content.

Usage and product-interaction data

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how Days is used. Events may include app screens or features used, routine and step names, routine or step counts, timer state, completion information, subscription/paywall interactions, app version, device type, operating-system information, and approximate region derived from network information. We do not intentionally attach your name, email address, contacts, or advertising ID to this data.

Diagnostics

Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports and technical diagnostics such as crash traces, App and OS version, device model, timestamps, and installation identifiers so we can find and fix reliability issues.

Purchases and attribution

Purchases are processed by Apple. RevenueCat receives an automatically generated anonymous App User ID, product and entitlement information, transaction or receipt information, and limited device/network data to provide subscriptions and restore purchases. ASA Agent receives an anonymous random device ID, Apple’s privacy-safe AdServices attribution token, and verified StoreKit revenue events to measure Apple Search Ads performance. It does not use IDFA or track you across apps.

Website data

The Days website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate visits and interactions such as App Store button clicks. Vercel may process request, browser, and device information under its own privacy terms.

These providers process information on our behalf or as independent service providers under their own terms. Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live.

4. Sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with the providers listed above, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the App, our users, or our rights. If the App or its business is transferred, relevant information may be transferred subject to this Policy and applicable law.

5. Retention and security

Local routine information remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall Days. Service providers retain analytics, diagnostic, attribution, and transaction data according to their settings and policies; for example, Firebase states that Crashlytics retains crash information for a limited period. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

Because Days has no account and provider identifiers are anonymous, we may need information from you to locate a relevant record and may not be able to connect anonymous data to a specific person.

7. Children

Days is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the App or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL and will show a revised “Last updated” date.
