Terms of Use.

1. Apple’s Standard EULA

Your license to use the iOS and iPadOS App is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”), which is incorporated into these Terms. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. If there is a conflict concerning your license to the App, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

2. Who may use Days

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. You are responsible for your device, its security, and activity performed through your copy of Days.

3. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Days for lawful personal purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, or commercially exploit Days except where law permits.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the App or its services, except where law expressly allows.
• Use Days in a way that violates law, infringes rights, introduces malicious code, or harms other users or services.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Days or use our branding without permission.

4. Free features, subscriptions, and billing

Days may offer free functionality and optional auto-renewing subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and included features are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Taxes and currency conversion may vary by location.

An auto-renewing subscription renews unless you cancel it through your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes under its rules. Deleting Days does not cancel a subscription. Features and prices may change prospectively where permitted by law and subject to Apple’s notice and consent requirements.

5. Your routines and device data

You remain responsible for routine names, steps, schedules, and other content you enter. Core routine data is stored locally on your device. You should maintain any backup you consider necessary. Uninstalling Days or losing access to your device may permanently remove local content. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Wellness disclaimer

Days is a productivity and routine-planning tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, fitness, safety, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for professional care. You decide which activities to include and are responsible for performing them safely. Do not rely on timers or reminders in situations where delay, interruption, or failure could cause harm.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features to improve Days, address security or legal requirements, or operate the service. We do not promise that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

8. Intellectual property

Days, including its design, software, artwork, text, trademarks, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a license to use the App; they do not transfer ownership of Days or its intellectual property.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Days is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly required by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted. Our liability is limited as described in the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Termination

You may stop using Days at any time. Your license ends automatically if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Days, our business, or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use Days after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
